With Variable Droplet Size control technology and light color printing, 3sixty RotaSpin is specialized in producing soft skin tones, smooth gradients and vivid images on tapers/ cylinders, not being achieved with other printing technologies.

RotaSpin can be delivered with Ricoh Gen 4 print heads or you can choose the faster version RotaSpin Pro and get the Ricoh Gen 6 print heads with fantastic quality and even fast print speed!!
Dual stations accomplish high-efficiency production
3sixty RotaSpin achieves high-effi ciency double productivity of short- & medium-run taper/ cylinder decoration featuring twin-job simultaneous printing and dual operation stations for loading, printing, curing and unloading. The advanced print head control technology designed for twin-job printing doubles the production efficiency without compromising the printing quality.
The maximum printing length of 3sixty RotaSpin is 330mm; it allows printing onto objects of 40-130mm in diameter and 0-360mm in length. You can configure fixtures connected to the dual angle adjusted connectors to meet specific demands, including cylindrical thermos bottles, cosmetic containers and tea cans, as well as tapered open cups, making the possibilities for inkjet printing endless.
9-color printing technology brings amazing printout
With additional ink colors, our 9-color printing technology empowers 3sixty RotaSpin with brilliant and amazing printout. Light cyan and light magenta inks well present smooth gradations and light tones. Amica’s high density white ink delivers vibrant and exceptional image quality on transparent, colored or black materials with less ink consumption. Varnish ink printing provides versatile surface finishes with amazing tactile and visual e ects to beautify the appearance of objects and grasp viewers’ attention.
Automatic Print Head Protection System monitors whether the print heads will be scratched or exposed to UV lights, and immediately stops the movement of the carriage in case of the emergency situations, effectively ensuring the safety of print heads.
Based on an all-in-one design concept, the small and compact Print Head Maintenance Module allows automatic purging, wiping and capping for convenient unattended operation.
Automatic Ink Supply System monitors and controls ink levels of the main/ sub ink tanks with liquid level sensors.
We offer a range of UV curable inks with bright colors, as well as advantages of excellent hardness, durability and scratch, chemical, and water resistance. Specifically developed for direct printing on tubes.

- Ink Droplet Conversion Algorithm realizes consistent resolutions and stable visual effects in different objects tubes, ideal for printing tubes even with small sizes.
- Ink Droplet Compensation Algorithm for taper printing ensures even image density on different sections of the taper and avoiding image deformation.
- Combining special algorithms, 3sixty RotaSpin thoroughly eliminates gaps or overlaps of images in 360° seamless printing.
- 3sixty RotaSpin supports Colorful Variable Data Printing, including logos, images, texts, numbers, codes, etc.
